Can of Coke
I was looking at a can of coke tonight. I kind of already had a feeling on the calorie count which is listed at 140 calories. The sodium comes in at a whoppin 50mg.
I am officially on a diet, I know crazy huh!!! I will post my successes downfalls, and discusts here. I hope you will join in. What brought this diet about was I was going to donate blood and they crabbed at me because my blood pressure was way to high for my age. Why do I say Former Fat American, I am setting the intent of no longer being fat. Please support me in this journey.
